The coastline in this area is well indented and has numerous bays with small beaches, while there are concrete swimming areas in front of some of the private houses.

Apartments house "TENI" is situated in surrounding of Sumpetar's pine tree forest and 20 m away from the sea, 1 km far from Dugi Rat and 200 m from closest restaurant.

The apartments are located on the first and second floor and has one or two bedrooms, large living place, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with a nice view to the sea, satellite TV, air-condition device, microwave and other kitchen equipment, parking space, a little boat in port for trips and excursions..
